Niagara police say a massage therapist is facing additional sexual assault charges after another victim came forward to police.
Todd Bennett, 50, was arrested on Friday and charged with three more counts of sexual assault.
Police say the charges stem from allegations brought forward by a second person.
The victim told police the alleged assaults happened at a registered massage clinic and wellness centre in the area of Dunn St. and Drummond Rd. in Niagara Falls and a registered massage clinic in the area of Merrittville Highway and Decew Rd. in Thorold.
Back in August, police charged Bennett with one count of sexual assault in connection with an alleged incident at the same Niagara Falls massage clinic and wellness center.
