FAYETTEVILLE, Ark — The Fayetteville Police Department (FPD) has arrested a massage therapist for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman during a massage at a local chiropractic clinic.
On Monday, Oct. 4, FPD got a report from the victim stating that her massage therapist, known as “Dom” had masturbated and ejaculated on her back during her appointment. Police later identified the massage therapist as 30-year-old Dominque Williams, of Fayetteville.
According to the police report, the victim was lying face down, partially nude, when she heard Williams windbreaker-style pants begin to make noises similar to masturbation.
Police say she then felt Williams ejaculate on her back and in her hair. The victim says she stood up and Williams wiped the substance off her back with a wash towel.
Police reports say the victim got dressed, left the room and told the doctor about the incident then immediately went to FPD to make the report.
While interviewing Williams, police say he admitted to ejaculating on the victim. Williams allegedly told police that he had not worn underwear on that day and that he had been told by a co-worker that his “fly was down” but ignored it. Williams said he got an erection during the massage because he found the victim to be attractive, but said he was unaware of his erection at the time.
According to the police report, Williams says he was massaging the victim with two hands when he ejaculated and that he had not been masturbating.
FPD arrested Williams for Second Degree Sexual Assault for ejaculating onto the victim with the purpose of sexual gratification while she was unaware a sex act was occurring.
He is currently being held at the Washington County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
Police did not release the name of the chiropractic clinic.
LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says a man who was allegedly operating as an unlicensed massage therapist was arrested after he was accused of sexually assaulting a client.
According to police, detectives arrested the man, identified as 60-year-old Javier Diaz Guzman, at his resident in the 200 block of Cervantes Street on Aug. 16.
Police said the man was operating as an unlicensed massage therapist from his home when he sexually assaulted an adult female client on Aug. 12.
The victim went to LVMPD to report a sex assault by Guzman and said he operated a business “El Gran Sobador” or “The Great Masseuse” out of his home, an arrest report said.
Guzman had a room in his home with a massage table, chair, and table with lotions and candles.
Guzman reportedly told the victim to undress to just underwear. She asked for a towel to cover up and he told her she didn’t need it, the report said.
That’s when Guzman reportedly touched victim inappropriately. The victim said she asked multiple times about the areas he was touching and he claimed it was part of the massage, the report said.
Guzman then reportedly sexually assaulted the woman, the report said. She quickly puts her clothes back on and ran out of the home, the report said.
When police took Guzman into custody, he requested an attorney and didn’t interview with police, the arrest report said.

Detectives arrested 60-year-old Javier Diaz Guzman for sexual assault. Diaz was operating as an unlicensed masseuse from his home near Ogden and 21st St.

LVMPD says he was booked into the Clark County Detention Center for three counts of sexual assault and one count of open/gross lewdness.

Prosecutors in Alameda County have charged a a 71-year-old Fremont massage therapist with eight felony counts involving the sexual assault of two clients, including one earlier this month.
Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Malley in a statement said two people came forward to report they were inappropriately touched by Abdul Kadirzada, of Fremont. Court documents allege Kadirzada used a foreign object and restraint in the course of the crimes.
Court documents show that prosecutors have charged Kadirzada with three counts of sexual battery under false professional purpose; two counts of sexual penetration by foreign object; two counts of sexual battery by restraint; and assault with intent to commit a sex crime.
He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday at the East County Hall of Justice in Dublin.
Kadirzada worked as a massage therapist at the Scorca Chiropractic Center in the 39700 block of Paseo Padre Parkway, authorities said. Calls to the center Wednesday were not answered.
Det. Michael Paiva wrote in a Declaration and Determination of Probable Cause statement that the first victim to come forward did so after a Sept. 14 appointment with Kadirzada. Paiva wrote that the victim had met with him previously for treatment of a back injury.
According to Paiva, the victim claimed Kadirzada inappropriately touched her with his fingertips as she laid on the massage table. When she tried to pull away, Kadirzada pulled her back and forced her hand onto his genitals, Paiva wrote.
The investigation into that alleged sexual assault was in process when a second victim came forward. According to Paiva, she said Kadirzada groped her and forced upon her skin-to-skin contact.
Kadirzada denied the allegations to police, Paiva wrote. He told police he used a “trigger point” device to massage a patient’s buttocks and that he never touched the two inappropriately.
One victim identified Kadirzada in a lineup, and the other one tentatively identified him, according to Paiva. Office records showed both the victims had appointments on the days they said they were assaulted, he wrote.
Police arrested Kadirzada on Sept. 16.

The death of an Annandale massage therapist is under investigation after authorities found the man dead in his jail cell on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Fairfax County Police, officers responded at 4:39 p.m. Tuesday to the Adult Detention Center (ADC) for an inmate found unresponsive in his single cell. Fire and Rescue personnel responded and pronounced 55-year-old Kyung Pil Chang dead.
On Thursday, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner conducted a preliminary autopsy and determined there were no signs of foul play.
Chang was charged on March 25th with three counts of aggravated sexual battery, object sexual penetration, and practicing as an unlicensed masseuse. He had been in custody of the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office and incarcerated at the ADC since his arrest.
Chang previously resided in Haymarket, Virginia, and worked at the Annandale Gerontology Clinic. Through an investigation, detectives learned Chang was practicing as an unlicensed masseuse and was contracted for several other businesses in Fairfax County.
On Monday, authorities say 65-year-old inmate George Redmond was found unresponsive in his cell at the same detention center. He had been arrested on March 25 for a failure to appear warrant related to an original charge of trespassing and destruction of property. The Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy, but preliminarily, there are no signs of foul play. The two deaths are not believed to be connected.
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A massage therapist in Virginia Beach is now facing charges, following a months-long investigation into claims of sexual assault.
Virginia Beach Police say they received the first complaint in April 2022 from a customer who said she was sexually assaulted during a massage at a business in the 4700 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard.
Detectives immediately began investigating and identified 28-year-old Malik Williams of Hampton as a person of interest.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Williams, on August 19. He is accused of the sexual assault of multiple women during massage appointments and is facing five counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of object sexual penetration and three counts of sexual assault.

Newport massage therapist accused of sexually assaulting woman, community reacts

NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — A Newport massage therapist is accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
The incident allegedly happened at Bellevue Massage and Bodywork.
In a TikTok video posted over the weekend, a woman claimed she “went in for a massage. I said, ‘Please focus on my upper body. I’m very sore, it’s hurting a lot.’”
ABC 6 News reached out to Newport police for more information about this incident, but were told they couldn’t release details because of an open investigation.
“…I pushed him off and filed a police report,” the woman said in her TikTok.
ABC 6 also reached out to the Department of Health to verify if the worker is licensed to work in Rhode Island. At this time, it’s unclear if the worker is licensed.
“If the person didn’t do anything that’s fine, but they need to look into it if that’s the case,” said Marsha Lord.
Kieth, another community member in Newport explained, “It’s a legitimate business, why you would get assaulted coming from a legitimate business I don’t understand.”
