Baptist Health Therapy Center-Sherwood provides therapy for orthopedic, neurologic and other medical conditions. Specialized therapies include hand therapy, functional capacity evaluation and work conditioning, isokinetic testing and training, athletic training, pediatric therapy and neurological rehabilitation.
Staffed by occupational, physical and speech therapists with specialized certifications, Baptist Health Therapy Center-Sherwood emphasizes personal service. Your therapist makes a point to know you, your medical history and your progress. And your therapist stays in touch with your doctor to keep him or her apprised of your progress, adjusting treatment when necessary and correcting problems if they arise.
To be referred to the clinic for outpatient occupational, physical or speech therapy, you will need a prescription from your doctor. This can be mailed, faxed, or hand-carried to the clinic.

Open since 1974, Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute-Little Rock is Arkansas’ largest and most comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation hospital. Located on the Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock campus, the Rehab Institute allows convenient, 24-hour access to specialized services such as laboratory and pharmacy. In addition to specially-trained physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians, there are staff physicians in-house to respond to medical emergencies every weeknight from 5 pm to 8 am, and 24 hours a day on the weekends. This continual availability of specialized services and medical staff ensures timeliness of results reporting and responsiveness to orders.
